Overall Satisfaction with Marsview

Call transcription is a million times better than we ever had it because of Marsview. A lot of my company is based on how we communicate effectively, and I make it a point for my workers and my partners to speak clearly and effectively. This software has showed me that we are doing a great job. The tone analyzer helps us with how to handle the next part of the conversation in order to be more effective at what we do.

I think it holds its own and then some. I believe Marsview picks their lane and really is effective at doing the things we want the software to do. Call transcription is important to me, and I feel that they are the best by far at what they do, and it is not even close. I picked Marsview for cost purposes, but by no means do I feel the quality is lost. It is great.

I believe communicating effectively is 99 percent of the battle in the field that we are in. I believe that understanding what people are saying and how they are saying it is crucial. I feel Marsview helps us become even better at helping our clients, because it allows us to listen in an enhanced way to properly service our clients.
