Jotform PDF Editor vs. PolicyManager

Jotform PDF Editor has been a game-changer for a local festival which is a client of mine. I set them up with a Jotform for parade entries to pre-register, then use the PDF Editor to format each entry in an easy-to-read layout so the announcer can read the information as each entry passes during the parade. I set up another client that uses it to track new members. This scenario is a little trickier as the amount of information gathered can vary quite a bit, so it's a little harder to keep the layout of all the entries consistent

The part I like the most is our staff not having to log in to view policies. We have so many passwords to remember having this convenience is a big satisfier.

• If I ever have any technical issues or questions the support team is great at getting back to me very quickly. I also like all the resources available to help as well.
• Policy reports, there are so many to choose from. These reports help me track several different things in the system. Compliance, attestations, past due, and so much more.
• Another plus for me is being able to add linkages to outside programs like TJC and Elsevier. Linking these to policies saves a lot of time.

• Exports all fields, not just the ones that have been conditionally filled out.
• Could use better page breaks.
• Would love a clearer editing interface.

• The program doesn't work well with Chrome, would like to see that fixed. We have several staff members that use Chrome.

Overall this program is great. I am continuously in the program and find it very simple to use. I do have some staff that struggle, only because they are not in the program as often as I am

Jotform PDF Editor has a feature that natively integrates with Jotform PDF Editor form data. I like the fact that I can easily automate and fill PDF and customise its design based on many multiple purposes of a PDF document.
