This is an excellent contract repository. I like the ability to upload a pdf, which is read by LinkSquares' OCR. The fidelity of the searchable documents is extraordinary. I really like the flexibility in terms of what contract language you want reporting on and the reporting capabilities are second to none.

• AI search across all contracts
• Storing different types of contracts in separate workspaces, with different permissions on each workspace
• Reminding contract owners when to start discussions on renewals
• Basic reporting and lists of certain types of contracts for extraction

• I would like to see more in-depth reporting, ability to create graphs etc.
• Scrolling through lists of contracts could be quicker

• The search function doesn't work if there's a misspelling.
• The tagging function isn't always smooth.

It's quite intuitive and easy to use and has a nice UI. Its features offer value for users

I haven't had a ton of support needs, honestly. We have just a couple of users and we haven't needed much support. I do know that if I ever need anything, that I have an account manager there to help and they have always ben very responsive to my needs

The AI features seemed better on Juro

I compared LinkSquares to a number of other tools and found LinkSquares to be right-sized and flexibly priced for our use case.

• Reduced time spent on new contract checks from 1 hour to 5 minutes
• Reduced time taken to answer generic questions from the business about our contractual landscape

• Better contract reporting.
• Easily searchable contract database.
