Juro allows us to search across multiple contracts in one go rather than opening up individual contracts to search within each. This saves a huge amount of time.
It allows us to extract key data for reporting purposes, again saving time and providing much more information to us about our contracts.

- Storing different types of contracts in separate workspaces, with different permissions on each workspace
- Reminding contract owners when to start discussions on renewals
- Basic reporting and lists of certain types of contracts for extraction
Cons
- I would like to see more in-depth reporting, ability to create graphs etc.
- Scrolling through lists of contracts could be quicker
- Reduced time spent on new contract checks from 1 hour to 5 minutes
- Reduced time taken to answer generic questions from the business about our contractual landscape
