Usability

Juro has made contract management easier and quicker

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Juro allows us to search across multiple contracts in one go rather than opening up individual contracts to search within each. This saves a huge amount of time.
It allows us to extract key data for reporting purposes, again saving time and providing much more information to us about our contracts.

Pros

  • AI search across all contracts
  • Storing different types of contracts in separate workspaces, with different permissions on each workspace
  • Reminding contract owners when to start discussions on renewals
  • Basic reporting and lists of certain types of contracts for extraction

Cons

  • I would like to see more in-depth reporting, ability to create graphs etc.
  • Scrolling through lists of contracts could be quicker

Return on Investment

  • Reduced time spent on new contract checks from 1 hour to 5 minutes
  • Reduced time taken to answer generic questions from the business about our contractual landscape

DocuSign and Contractbook

A must use software if you even remotely manage contracts.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use Juro to create, manage and send agreements. It makes the process faster and more seamless. It was hard to track the agreements, signing and receiving, etc. With Juro, it has been made much easier and our clients can easily e-sign which is a great feature.

Pros

  • The template contracts helps a great deal to re-use previous ones.
  • They have a great support team and responds real quick to the queries
  • Very efficient and easy to use platform

Cons

  • If we could amend the agreement even after sending to the client, it would be much better. Instead multiple copies and drafts are piling up for small changes.

Return on Investment

  • Time management is a huge gain. Earlier 3 or 4 human power required tasks are now easily managed by one.
