Kallidus Learn vs. Learndot

It is great for just about any organization that does onboarding and training as it saves time and assists in keeping your team on track while bringing on new people. It helps to streamline a typically very difficult process for smaller teams. It has helped us immensely.

Love that Learndot has Stripe integration, love the fact that all of our registration now happens on a single website instead of having courses listed on one site and then having to go to Eventbrite for the actual registration. Love that it integrates with SFDC and WebEx.

• Simpler hosting of e-learning - scorm objects can be slow AICC seems to be the best solution
• Options to link / interface with other workforce systems
• Greater flexibility of learning pathways

• Limited reporting
• Tougher integration with SFDC than expected

Staff satisfaction and ease of use

This is the only product I have used and it is great. I have not explored other options and we have not had the need to so far.

Very well designed, clear reward points, encourages the user to use more frequently, easy to use, no technical glitches.

• supported more staff to choose elearning over face to face options, increasing efficiency
• Automated many of the admin processes that underpin training
