Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use this tool to manage all of our training for new team members in order to get them up to speed on our processes and learnings. It provides easy access to onboard new people and saves our team time by providing information that would otherwise have to be covered individually.

Pros and Cons

Takes pressure away from team members when onboarding and providing new training
Saves our team a lot of time by reducing team member impact for onboarding
The platform is simple to use and is intuitive

The interface can be a bit confusing at times
the dashboard could be a bit improved
With we had more control over admin pieces such as notifications and the backend interface

Return on Investment

It has saved us a lot of time and money by creating more efficiencies and reducing impact on the rest of the team for onboarding.
The cost of the investment is something we save in time from the rest of our team.

Alternatives Considered

This is the only product I have used and it is great. I have not explored other options and we have not had the need to so far.

It is great for just about any organization that does onboarding and training as it saves time and assists in keeping your team on track while bringing on new people. It helps to streamline a typically very difficult process for smaller teams. It has helped us immensely.
