What is Kallidus Learn?

Kallidus LMS is a Learning Management System. It supports organisations in managing their training costs, compliance, informal/ social learning and it helps them maximise the potential of employee skills, knowledge and competencies. Kallidus LMS combines delivery of e-learning courses with the management of classroom training, learner achievement and scheduling. The LMS is focussed on learner engagement from login through to accreditation and CPD progress.

Great product for onboarding

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use this tool to manage all of our training for new team members in order to get them up to speed on our processes and learnings. It provides easy access to onboard new people and saves our team time by providing information that would otherwise have to be covered individually.

Pros

  • Takes pressure away from team members when onboarding and providing new training
  • Saves our team a lot of time by reducing team member impact for onboarding
  • The platform is simple to use and is intuitive

Cons

  • The interface can be a bit confusing at times
  • the dashboard could be a bit improved
  • With we had more control over admin pieces such as notifications and the backend interface

Cons

  • Simpler hosting of e-learning - scorm objects can be slow AICC seems to be the best solution
  • Options to link / interface with other workforce systems
  • Greater flexibility of learning pathways
