To organize and keep up with streamlined company procedures, use PayrollHero. The fact that PayrolHero is a cloud-based service that allows me to access it from any location and on any device is what I value the most. Another feature that I like is you can create profiles of all employees with their work histories so you can be more organized and evaluate performance. It allows you to track time worked by employees, see where the employees are in real-time, and use facial recognition to ensure they adhere to their schedules.

• Great for supporting SCRUM as part of Agile deliveries. We use the ToDo, Doing and Done and build GANNT charts to facilitate resource planning.
• We use it at a department level to manage workloads and help staff know what work is waiting for them and the relative priority.
• We have deployed it across the organisation and also work with suppliers and offshore development teams to coordinate activities.

• Employee Clock-in is the best function of this software.
• It helps with managing attendance which can be further used for reporting purpose.
• Works great with my iPhone and the web based browsers.

The interface can be improved more to make it unique and professional. But over all it helps with managing HR day to day operations easily. It has been great tool for HR people
