I can't tell the countless amounts of time where I struggled to see the issues with an email. The spam emails are very real and sometimes hard to detect. Something I really enjoyed were the test emails to see if the employees are flagging problematic emails. I always err on the side of caution but you get wrapped up in emails and crank them out, sometimes it can be tough to tell. In this circumstance of not seeing the clear signs that it's fraud, PhishingBox was really helpful to have.

KEA does allow more grading features than its counterparts. As well as It's available on multiple platforms such as Desktop, Mobile as well as Browser. Moreover, it provides customized login functionality which makes it easy to add a new user. Features like these make KEA a good alternative to other Learning and development management applications.

• Well basically to have people trained is the most positive impact of the software.
• The template library makes our employees know about different types of phishing attacks.
• The ROI is clear, avoiding a phishing attack is enough to pay the software.
