The KEA tool is used to create and conduct AI-based training activities for employees while onboarding as well as throughout the employees' tenure in the company. Some of the examples of the training that are conducted can be compliance training, customer training, employee training, and workforce development. It allows user to create a training module from nothing but a training document using Artificial Intelligence and Automation.
