KeepSolid Sign vs. PDF AutoSigner

Ability to sign documents wherever I am. Ability to sign and place documents in a `lock, where they remain safe. Ability to retain multiple signatures ready to use.

Cons

There is only 1 con than I can even attempt to say about this software. The fact the KeepSolid Sign software is now paid subscription, for users of small or single person companies should have a free-to-use subscription, with full usage.

Advantage is that is it easily available as a stand alone software as well as a solution which easily integrates with any application such as ERP, Tally or MS Office. It is easy to use and makes document signing fast. Less suited for organizations that are cost conscious, since cheaper alternatives from competitors are available.

• I would like to see a way to have a waver that I can just have an overall generic link to, this way new guests at the circus school, just needs to go to one URL, fill in a waiver, and it will save it for them. *** this can remove the step of me having to enter their name and send it to them and save me time.

DocuSign is also a signature software where you can sign your documents online and quickly send it back and forth just like KeepSolid Sign. DocuSign is a better product in my opinion as it's been there longer and you can save a decent amount of documents online so that you can go back to them if needed in the future. Features for KeepSolid Sign is too barebone.

Because my job was not hosted on Citrix products or a part of their suited, we decided against that. DocuSign was good, but since our documents were so large we wanted something that would be more efficient on that scale. Also, for the price, this was the most effective for our business use
