Klevu, now part of Athos Commerce vs. Locus Dispatch Management Platform

I think Klevu is a great solution for brands looking to enhance their website. They have templates that may work for brands that don't have a tech team. Their product offering can also be fully customizable but this would require some development work on the brand end. Overall, would recommend them!

Locus helps us streamline our logistics operations and give an accurate view of our deliveries. The dashboard is quite informative and easy to learn. It is good in - 1) API integration 2) Fast customer support and 3) Easy user interface. There is some scope for improvement in 1) The App should be less battery-consuming and 2) location accuracy can be improved.

• I think you definitely need someone technical in house to help assist and customize
• They're pretty stern on pricing
