It covers almost the all the needs of HR. However, in my opinion, the customer support team does not care if you have any issues especially during payout timelines. We had issues with attendance sync for over 3 months, we waited patiently for 3 months for the team to fix the issues, although they attempted a few times, in my experience, they did not care later to respond to calls or emails. In my experience, they give out standardised ticket numbers through email and leave issues unattended just blatantly stating you will recieve a call back (which is never). In my experience, you will definitely get no response even if you have to sort the issue with the team heads. I had the worst experience with the entire team.

Best suited for automated HR process and effective employee engagement. Not so appropriate for companies who have very specific processes and require customizations that are out of the ordinary.

• Layout is simple but can be better in terms of design, looks a bit like too simple.

We selected kredily for the pricing and package but unfortunately when they do not meet expectations of basic customer care experiences then no software is worth the price paid

Zimyo's pricing is better than the rest of the HRMS tools available in the market and very simple to use and deploy within the organization.
