Most departments in our organization have abandoned allowing customers to enter their own requests because it is too complex and cumbersome. Pros	LabVantage Solutions Worked very closely with us on developing the Statement of Work and provided us with a very good roadmap Programmers completed the changes and improvements on time. The contact for issues that arise on a daily bases is able to work with our people in a very professional basis.
