Larksuite vs. Livestorm

On my experience, I did not experience any issue when using this tool. Simply because it is a perfect tool and easy to use. You just need to log in your working email and you can now use it. You can message all of the employees on the company Larksuite.

Livestorm is well suited to use when you need to reach a group of more than ten people. It wouldn't be a good solution if you wanted interaction from the audience in more than the form of chat.

• Very intuitive to use and easy to customize.
• Excellent customer service.
• Lots of good data for analytics.
• Participants do not need to download anything.
• Feedback and recommendations are acted on.
• Easy to logistical information on registrants and attendees.

We will use this product and we don't have plan to change since this is a perfect tool

I rate this perfect simply because we use this everyday and this is very helpful. Without this tool I can't imagine how we can communicate to each other and how we can resolve every concern/issue that we cater everyday on our job. This is the tool we use to communicate and endorse specific concern.

Making sure the permission settings for your camera, microphone or browser can sometimes be tricky. If we have a guest, we always have to double-check these. It's also not super intuitive that you need to "Get on Stage" from the webinar page.

The customer service representatives are extremely attentive. They do an excellent job of trying to understand the scope of the issue and follow it through until it has been resolved. When I have provided them with recommendations for improvement they have taken them to heart and many times implemented them. I trust that if I ever have a problem they will be there to help

I selected Larksuite simply because even you don't have laptop or desktop you can simply install this app through google or apple store and you just need to log in using your working email. You will now access and use every feature on this app. You can also watch and play videos.

• The quality of communicator is way easier by the help of Larksuite
• Larksuite plays the most important role in our company since by Larksuite we our being notified if there are updates we need to check

• It's been great! It's the very bottom of the funnel for us so it helps accelerate leads and create opportunities.
