Overall Satisfaction with Livestorm

My organization uses Livestorm on a biweekly basis to give industry relevant webinars. These events are part of our marketing strategy and have really come in handy when meeting face to face is difficult. These events are an excellent way to build a relationship with clients and leads. They also give us a platform to showcase our expertise.

Pros

  • Very intuitive to use and easy to customize.
  • Excellent customer service.
  • Lots of good data for analytics.
  • Participants do not need to download anything.
  • Feedback and recommendations are acted on.
  • Easy to logistical information on registrants and attendees.
  • Supports integrations.

This platform is very user friendly. I had zero training and I was able to successfully create events, customize company emails, export data, navigate feature set, and enable integrations, etc... I had to do a little bit of research into how their on-demand events worked logistically but that took about 10 minutes.
The customer service representatives are extremely attentive. They do an excellent job of trying to understand the scope of the issue and follow it through until it has been resolved. When I have provided them with recommendations for improvement they have taken them to heart and many times implemented them. I trust that if I ever have a problem they will be there to help!
Livestorm is perfect for hosting webinar events, tradeshows, town halls, etc... There is a limited number of people that can go on stage at one time but this has never been an issue. Also in these kind of events you do not really need to see your audience video. They have another option they offer for meetings (Meet) which is better suited for those scenarios.
