Livestorm to teach clients
Overall Satisfaction with Livestorm
With Livestorm, we are able to teach our clients on a larger scale. We teach weekly webinars to our current clients on various topics and host monthly webinars with other companies in the legal industry. We also use past recordings to train our new staff and include them to our Help Center.
Pros
- The option to automate emails before and after the webinar
- The ability to invite a co-host that's not a subscriber
- Adding more sessions to a pre-existing webinar is very easy
- The registration pages are very clean
- Duplicating an existing webinar is quite seamless.
Cons
- Getting a webinar started is not super intuitive.
- The ability to switch which screen you're sharing without stopping the screen share.
- No longer hosting the recorded webinars.
- We've hosted dozens of webinars with Livestorm
- Livestorm allows us to teach multiple clients at once
- Livestorm helps with email automation
