LeadCandy vs. Phished

LeadCandy is well suited in both the front and back of the office, along with the staff that is consistently involved in other activities around our school site. It is not as appropriate when the staff does not need to do a lot of searching for emails.

Phished was very easy to implement at my organization. We have had no issues with my team navigating this software. The platform is extremely user friendly. I would recommend Phished to any company looking to protect themself against cyber attacks. This software is an asset that definitely pays for itself in the long run. You can never be too safe!

• Speed- the process from start to finish is rather quick.
• Innovative-there are a lot of features on LeadCandy that are not on other apps!
• Remarkable- the feedback from the staff has only consisted of "how nice it is we’ve needed a program like this".

• Some older staff aren't as receptive to new products and softwares.
• Had to relearn and teach staff- teaching the staff the new program is time consuming.

• I would like more testing and personalized simulations added
• It would be great to have job role specific training so each different department knows better of the cyber threats that might come their particular way
• More detailed status reports would certainly be beneficial

They are similar in many ways, LeadBot uses conversations, not forms, so all of the lead qualifications you need to do can happen in real-time while someone is live on your website. LeadCandy instead helps you build and find people which then leads to conversations. I feel like LeadCandy is the complete package, where they help you from start to finish.

Phished seemed like the better alternative for my organization. I have used Barracuda in the past with another employer. That software doesn't provide the status reports that Phished does. Barracuda filters company wide emails which seems like a good feature, but can be detrimental when "safe" emails aren't making their way through. Phished has a better monitoring system overall

• Effectiveness- the amount of email lists we received in the database!
• We've received the database quickly and efficiently.
• Neatness of website and app- the website was easy to manage.

• Phished has helped us protect against data breaches which in return protects our profits and maintain client retention
• Phished has freed up project management tasks for our IT department since the software is always monitoring cyber attacks
• Phished has allowed my organization to meet its annual cyber protection goals
