The whole organization was using LeadCandy, however, it was mostly used by our site administrators. This is due to the number of emails they receive and their desire to be able to search quickly. LeadCandy made this process so much faster than before, which was extremely important for the office staff. LeadCandy is slowly starting to be used by everyone on site.
  • Speed- the process from start to finish is rather quick.
  • Innovative-there are a lot of features on LeadCandy that are not on other apps!
  • Remarkable- the feedback from the staff has only consisted of "how nice it is we’ve needed a program like this".
LeadCandy is well suited in both the front and back of the office, along with the staff that is consistently involved in other activities around our school site. It is not as appropriate when the staff does not need to do a lot of searching for emails.
