LeaseQuery vs. Wolters Kluwer Vero

There were a lot of growing pains with inputting the leases. Their new interface is much better and has solved alot of these issues.

For everyday bookkeeping and tax keeping, it is well suited and very easy to customize to your personal needs. I really enjoyed the AP functions, some of which I had not had the pleasure to use in other ERPs, like keeping track of payments and as well as being able to create both automatically and manually, payment services.

We demoed several lease softwares. LeaseQuery was the only one that allowed the variations we needed including: different reporting structures and lessor and lessee accounting.

Wolters Kluwer is definitely more user-friendly however, it does not have the option to work on the cloud (at least in my case) and cannot handle vast volumes of data as well as Sage Intacct.
