Overall Satisfaction with Wolters Kluwer Vero

Pros

  • Tax Book Maintenance
  • Easy, automated accounting processes
  • Ability to toggle between several key areas within the company

Cons

  • Provide with the option to create a manual backup.
  • Improve overall help center.
  • Provide an online chat service for clients.
Wolters Kluwer is definitely more user-friendly however, it does not have the option to work on the cloud (at least in my case) and cannot handle vast volumes of data as well as Sage Intacct.
For everyday bookkeeping and tax keeping, it is well suited and very easy to customize to your personal needs. I really enjoyed the AP functions, some of which I had not had the pleasure to use in other ERPs, like keeping track of payments and as well as being able to create both automatically and manually, payment services.
