Additional DetailsPricing is based on the volume of conversations handled each month rather than the number of users, so adding staff to the account does not change the cost. Plans are billed monthly or annually, and higher tiers are quoted individually according to call and chat volume. Implementation is included: the Lexidesk team configures the intake script, qualification rules, routing and follow-up content, and there is no separate setup fee. There is no free trial or free tier, so firms evaluate the product through a guided demo before committing. Most firms weigh the cost against per-minute or per-call answering service billing and against the revenue value of cases lost to missed calls.

LEX Reception
LEX Reception is certainly best suited as an answering service for law firms. LEX Reception would be particularly useful for firms that have limited staff and need a solution without hiring an employee or for other firms that need overflow call answering or after-hours call answering. If the firm needs personal assistant/call-out features LEX Reception may be less appropriate.
