logi-Cloud SaaS WMS vs. SkuVault

The logi-Cloud model is more suitable for the pieces handling operation model, regardless of B2B or B2C orders. With the barcode scanning function, inventory details are recorded one by one without errors. Ensure all the items are correctly picked in regards to the order. On the contrary, it is less appropriate for the CFS model.

It's very good for multiple locations. It's very easy to manage the inventory for different locations.

• Customer support are amazing. Very smart and quick to reply.

• The look and feel of dashboard, can be more professional
• Some bugs are still occur
• Does not support online payment via website, need to contact salesperson

• It really needs to have customizable access as their default options don't quite fit our requirements for different users.

Their support has been MORE than amazing. I work with them quite often to work in ways to improve how we use our system and learning all about the new things that are coming. The support staff always does their best and usually we are able to find a solution to the issues. And if are unable to find it on the 1st try pass it up to a specialist who quickly works to help you solve it

SkuVault has been much more reliable than our previous product. Our inventory counts have been more accurate as well.

• Fast ROI, as no upfront infrastructure cost incurred
• No worries about system maintenance fee
• The subscription fee is just 1/4 monthly salary of a warehouse operator

• MASSIVE increase in inventory accuracy
• We are now able to hire temps to help with work overflow
• Having a price break when you hit so many licenses has been great since we use to many
