Logility vs. Handshake by Shopify (discontinued)

How well the system is going to match with the company's business.

My boss implemented Shopify with his Developer two years ago and handed off the support role to me. I manage user access, training, support, and product setup with our website. We are growing our use of this system by adding a variety of products and payment types for credit card processing.

• Can go down to the very detailed level to manage forecast.
• Easy to maintain and control .
• User friendly.

• An effective and productive way to increase sales on E-commerce platforms. Simple order entry and increased revenue. There are various ways to search for an item.
• Handshake B2B Commerce, from Shopify, allowed high-resolution images and was geared toward visual presentation.
• it is so easy to add products to the online store.
• It's easy to change prices and make status active or inactive. clean and basic layout, Good for new users.

• Product profile for different seasons without adding another module.
• Eliminate manual work.

• Improve the performance on load page for all Handshake skins.
• Need an easier way to understand creating and debugging Handshake skins.
• They should improve on customer support.
• Their Jump Start for Intranet portal should be more user friendly and easier to implement in reality, not just in theory.

Need more time to prove that the system really helps the company.

We started using Shopify and we are growing its usefulness in our business. I am in the process of helping our reps we gave access and provided training to create all the products they need. We still have most of the new products to be setup.

Shopify has been successfully implemented in a short period of time, and support has been easy to provide. THe system is very easy to adapt to our needs and I am able to train users quickly.

Everything is working fine with each phase we implemented. More of our staff is aware of the system and are enjoying how user-friendly the system is for them.

I didn't make the decision to select Logility.

Because its innovative and tons of features to boost sales and its ease of use is the reason why I have chosen Handshake B2B Commerce, from Shopify, over other competitors.

• Improved inventory control.
• Save time by reducing the manual work.

• We were able to quickly put out a portal using Handshake on SharePoint online when our firm was merging with another firm.
