Loxo Talent Intelligence Platform vs. Manatal

It's great if paying for full suite of products and if you had a limited footprint within a market and needed traction. It definitely lends itself to the next generation of recruiters and does leverage AI well. It's fast and generally a stable platform that is fairly intuitive to use from the outset

Storage of applicants data for tracking their profiles for relevant openings through metadata tagging, interview management and job listing locations scouting and best ways to post them are a few scenarios where we found that Manatal is suited very well.

• ATS and CRM are all in one app.
• Automated handling of duplicate candidates.
• Job board postings on LinkedIn can be done automatically.
• It's very simple to use.
• Career page with the ability to be customized.
• There are too many good things about this to list here.

• The training could be significantly expanded
• Some of the "basics" covered on more legacy crm/ATS software not adequately addressed by Loxo
• The interview process on Loxo is not intuitive and feels underdeveloped

[Loxo Recruitment Platform is] intuitive to learn and use[.] It would be better if you save searches, had mobile functionality, and had an easier to search the candidates with a NOT feature (not having specific attributes or an empty field)[.]

First of all, there is an hands on live training after you submit your interest form. The account manager for you will explain in language of choice (in our case: Thai). Then, there is an ongoing support and online repository for how to guielines. And all the guidance materials are described in graphics so it's pretty easy to learn. But yeah, the first video live training, you need to focus 100% to get the most in the shortest time!

They are very helpful and reply within a couple of minutes.

Loxo was more of a multifaceted product that lends itself to multi client serach agency work

Manatal fits best when it comes to job requisition and candidate management, though platforms like ZipRecruiter are used widely in the industry, Manatal still has some features which make it an outstanding system like resume parsing to find the apt skill set of candidates for matching them with the job.

• reduced time to track applicants in the market as well as in our system
• helped in better profile screening and matching them for openings with required skillset
• Manatal directs us to better scheduling methods and dates based on best time of our interviewers availability
• ease of job posting for our employees for vacancies in their teams
