It's great if paying for full suite of products and if you had a limited footprint within a market and needed traction. It definitely lends itself to the next generation of recruiters and does leverage AI well. It's fast and generally a stable platform that is fairly intuitive to use from the outset

RecruitBot is well suited for searches that involve criteria that are harder to filter through other means. Also, if you don't have enough time to conduct multiple searches in a day, the AI comes really useful by giving you a previous idea of who might be the better fit. The rating system is straightforward enough as to ensure anyone can be a pro at sourcing in the tool in no time!
