Loxo Talent Intelligence Platform vs. WorkforceHub by SwipeClock

It's great if paying for full suite of products and if you had a limited footprint within a market and needed traction. It definitely lends itself to the next generation of recruiters and does leverage AI well. It's fast and generally a stable platform that is fairly intuitive to use from the outset

It is a great system, pretty easy to use. The only suggestion I have is to improve the time it takes to set up. It seems like it takes a bit too long. Otherwise, it's a great and robust tool.

• The training could be significantly expanded
• Some of the "basics" covered on more legacy crm/ATS software not adequately addressed by Loxo
• The interview process on Loxo is not intuitive and feels underdeveloped

[Loxo Recruitment Platform is] intuitive to learn and use[.] It would be better if you save searches, had mobile functionality, and had an easier to search the candidates with a NOT feature (not having specific attributes or an empty field)[.]

Loxo was more of a multifaceted product that lends itself to multi client serach agency work

• Strong on technically focussed searches where technologies and languages matter
