Lua vs. SocialPort

I wouldn't recommend Lua because they were recently acquired by another company and will be shutting down. It was unfortunate that we were only given 2 months notice right after signing up for another 1-year term.

• It is easy to communicate in real-time.
• Easy to set up different groups.

• Expertise, Strategy & Training - They are true experts and have years of B2B sales technology deployment and training to offer.
• Content Syndication - By far the easiest and most efficient platform I've seen to share approved content controlled and at scale.
• CRM Integration - Most of the other platforms we trialed had far less superior integrations with our CRM allowing us to close the loop.
• More Leads - SocialPort allowed our team to identify and engage with leads and weed out useless activities.

• The application for iPad is not optimized.

• Auto-Posting - I'd like to see a way to syndicate certain content directly through our internal advocate's social channels.
