Overall Satisfaction with SocialPort
SocialPort is being used by our sales reps to engage in social selling activities in an efficient and productive way. Buyers have changed and having our team using digital in such an easy way has allowed us to grow our pipeline and quota numbers each step of the program. We have driven a record number of visitors to our monetized properties and have been able to attribute revenue to the social activities of our reps. We have also been using it to syndicate our analysts content through our employee base to build awareness and thought leadership for them. Their training along with the technology was second to none and made this the most adopted program in 2014.
Pros
- Expertise, Strategy & Training - They are true experts and have years of B2B sales technology deployment and training to offer.
- Content Syndication - By far the easiest and most efficient platform I've seen to share approved content controlled and at scale.
- CRM Integration - Most of the other platforms we trialed had far less superior integrations with our CRM allowing us to close the loop.
- More Leads - SocialPort allowed our team to identify and engage with leads and weed out useless activities.
Cons
- Auto-Posting - I'd like to see a way to syndicate certain content directly through our internal advocate's social channels.
- Increase in pipeline and opportunities created
- Increase quota retirement
- Decreased the average "time to close"
