its very useful for tracking specific accounts and keywords associated with your business. what people think about a particular subject. also it is very helpful to track which communication channels brings more customers to your business

This platform seems to be a perfect one for email marketing, newsletters, tracking of emails, etc. I've heard it's also a good platform for lead management, their scorring and grading, lead nurturing, building product related tracking such as API integration, retention cohorts, flows, etc. however, haven't tried that part personally.

Netcore Smartech offers much wide range of products and services instead of just the ones related to Marketing. It offers lead management, their scoring and the sales cycles which the Sales teams can also use in future. Also, it offers a lot more integrations and automations which can sincerely help sales teams define their flow and daily processes.
