They know your chipset and OS extraordinarily well and in some cases have been able to work directly with the chip vendors to provide support for their SDKs. Cons	Luciq Inc. We have specific customizations on Jira so we tend to have to contact customer support to create these for us when we make new integrations. It would be nice for us to do this ourselves so we don't have to contact the Instabug team. Not very frequent but sometimes the platform breaks and we have to contact the Instabug team to resolve the issue.
