Cons	Luma Health No answers on this topic	Tebra There are currently some issues with the survey feature that we have not been able to open, view, or publish the survey. This has been going on for 3 months and there has been no resolution. It would be nice to be able to filter who is receiving a survey so patients do not get them every time they have a visit. If I can not open, view, and publish surveys when we receive them then part of the software is not working. They don't mind charging me every month for a service that is not functioning correctly. I would say Demand Force was a better product, however, for the price, Kareo is a great option if the engineers could work the bugs out.
