Lumen Dedicated Internet Access vs. Universal Connectivity

If you use the internet, and the only other option is Xfinity, choose CenturyLink Fiber + Internet. Xfinity will lock you into a year-long contract and is actually worse overall in terms of actual speed and quality of service. In my opinion, Xfinity just plain sucks for internet. In my experience, it often cuts out and has no customer service rep anywhere to be found.

Universal Connectivity didn't mind that we are a small company--they helped us get where we needed to be with our communication system, and I appreciate that.

• I wish I could use them at home!

AT&T business internet is higher priced. They will lock you in for a year. In my experience, it has worse customer service that will put you on hold for hours and not be able to solve your problem. In my experience, they will sneak in price increases and charge you hidden fees. In my experience, it actually has slower internet than what they have stated in the marketing. And I feel it is just a worse-off product.

• The ROI has allowed us to stay in business during this COVID crisis. We are all working remotely and communications with each of our team members and our clients is mission critical. The Universal Connectivity team had maximum positive impact on our ROI.
