Universal Connectivity didn't mind that we are a small company--they helped us get where we needed to be with our communication system, and I appreciate that.

• Communications with the Universal Connectivity team are well communicated and presented in a non-technical way, making it so much easier to understand.
• The solutions offered are comprehensive and complete.

• The product is very expensive and not affordable to small organisations and start-ups.
• MadKudu supports only one language which is English. This limits its usability.
• The software has limited customization.

Ability of the software in fully automating time consuming processes and ensuring lesser time of doing tedious tasks. Madkudu has considerably quality customer support services providers that ensure seamless product implementation by offering real-time support services.

The software has well elaborated tutorials that enhance its usability to beginners.
