Storage of applicants data for tracking their profiles for relevant openings through metadata tagging, interview management and job listing locations scouting and best ways to post them are a few scenarios where we found that Manatal is suited very well.

SkillSurvey really is great for reference checks and how to communicate with the contacts provided. It's a great way to easy view the reports, ensure that someone is not filling out their own reference information, and being able to contact passive candidates that have interest in your organization. The templates are easy to generate once you use them a couple times.

• ATS and CRM are all in one app.
• Automated handling of duplicate candidates.
• Job board postings on LinkedIn can be done automatically.
• It's very simple to use.
• Career page with the ability to be customized.
• There are too many good things about this to list here.

• It is very easy to use, so we don't have to spend time training others how to process reference checks.
• SkillSurvey seems to gather many more responses than other vendors used. This is great because it stops us from having to physically call additional references.
• We're able to gather leads from the references who complete the link and opt to be contacted by a recruiter. In the HR/recruitment world, this is seen as free leads!

First of all, there is an hands on live training after you submit your interest form. The account manager for you will explain in language of choice (in our case: Thai). Then, there is an ongoing support and online repository for how to guielines. And all the guidance materials are described in graphics so it's pretty easy to learn. But yeah, the first video live training, you need to focus 100% to get the most in the shortest time!

They are very helpful and reply within a couple of minutes.

Support is excellent. I have always received swift and efficient assistance.

Manatal fits best when it comes to job requisition and candidate management, though platforms like ZipRecruiter are used widely in the industry, Manatal still has some features which make it an outstanding system like resume parsing to find the apt skill set of candidates for matching them with the job.

• reduced time to track applicants in the market as well as in our system
• helped in better profile screening and matching them for openings with required skillset
• Manatal directs us to better scheduling methods and dates based on best time of our interviewers availability
• ease of job posting for our employees for vacancies in their teams

• We're able to collect more references, which allows us to clear candidates to start their jobs quicker.
• The additional leads collected are sent to recruiters who are then able to have more candidates to reach out to for potential future employment.
