Manatal vs. SutiExpense

Storage of applicants data for tracking their profiles for relevant openings through metadata tagging, interview management and job listing locations scouting and best ways to post them are a few scenarios where we found that Manatal is suited very well.

We reviewed several expense report systems at the time and found that Suti Expense had the features that we needed for our organization. Most of our users are in-house employees that use the system 2-3 times a year. The pricing model that they provide allows us to only pay for the users that file an expense report in that month. No management by IT or Finance.

• Automated handling of duplicate candidates.
• Job board postings on LinkedIn can be done automatically.
• It's very simple to use.
• Career page with the ability to be customized.
• There are too many good things about this to list here.

First of all, there is an hands on live training after you submit your interest form. The account manager for you will explain in language of choice (in our case: Thai). Then, there is an ongoing support and online repository for how to guielines. And all the guidance materials are described in graphics so it's pretty easy to learn. But yeah, the first video live training, you need to focus 100% to get the most in the shortest time!

They are very helpful and reply within a couple of minutes.

Manatal fits best when it comes to job requisition and candidate management, though platforms like ZipRecruiter are used widely in the industry, Manatal still has some features which make it an outstanding system like resume parsing to find the apt skill set of candidates for matching them with the job.

We choose to go with suti expense because of the options. GSA Per Diem was important to us and many of the other vendors did not have a GS A feature We also needed to be able to calculate Mileage which Suti Expense does. with Google Maps. Suti Expense also gave us the option to have Customized fields Suti Expense also allowed us to use existing O365 SSO for username and password. No additional support needed from IT

• Reduced the number of hours to process Expense Report
