Manhattan Active Customer Engagement vs. Xactimate

The cloud-native technological architecture on which Manhattan Active WM is built is designed for scalability, flexibility, and easy upgradeability. A responsive user interface, which is available on a tablet or fixed station and supports several of these operations, provides the unified control capabilities of the system. As we are mainly a roofing company, this program is very well suited to our needs working with insurance companies. More than anything else, we use it for supplementing for roofing code items after a full roof replacement has been performed. It is not so well suited for small repairs we quote for siding or even roof repairs

We have not used any other software other than Xactimate at this time. We feel it is the most widely used software product by insurance companies and they also continue to try and improve their software regularly. Most recently, I have found out they are working towards integration of (I may be using the wrong terms for this...) photographic/scanning measurements just auto populating into the sketch window. Even the auto population of line items with other software integration would almost eliminate the need to take physical measurements in the future and drastically reduce the time it takes to generate a claim report.
