The product is great for healthcare systems as it allows for large operations whether it being nursing units, ancillary units, or any operational units. The mobile app has great details, but the ability to login could be better by somehow saving the company URL so that the associate only needs to put their username in would be an improvement needed.

It is very flexible in what it allows you to do in combining payroll and scheduling for everyone. Having a mobile app is a must these days, but they do require you to pay for it when I feel it should be automatically included these days with as much as people have phones more than a computer at home these days.

I find the ease of use to be better compared to the others I have used in the past. Others I have used are more confusing or they allow mass input versus good rule structure. Navigating around for the end user is vital and it is one thing I think symplr Workforce does well.
