Merchant e-Solutions vs. Oracle GloriaFood

They are a great solution for any company using NetSuite's ERP platform as it is a direct integration into the software platform. They are able to accept all major credit card providers and their rates seem to be in line with the industry. As a small business, we do not have an account rep which does leave us feeling unimportant.

It works great for small businesses but also for those who have several locations and menus. Its control panel makes your life easier when setting up every custom detail that you need. The tool is even free, you just pay for adding such as more than 1 promo-active at a time, online payment, custom marketing tools, etc. But without addons, it's free for all.

• A more powerful tablet apps in which you could edit the locations
• More options for coupons and promos that are more personalized
• A better analytics and reporting system with more tools and charts for an easier work

Perhaps they treat larger clients better, but we do not have an account rep and the only time we interact is when we have a problem or reach out to them.

• Since it was bought by Orale it stopped supporting some countries such as Venezuela, where we also had it but lost out account
