Overall Satisfaction with GloriaFood Online Ordering & Table Reservation System an Oracle Company
GloriaFood has made it so easier for every individual. All over the world, everyone can book the pre-reservation which is really incredible, I personally liked their services and it made it so easy for us to have meetings with our foreign clients, I want this to grow more and add more new features.

- Prompt Food delivery
- It has user friendly app interface
- Taking orders through facebook is great
- They are globally available nowadays, I tried it in different locations like texas, Mexico etc
- There is no any hard feature, everybody can easily use and understand
- It allowed us to keep our business open and keep the hungry people fed
- The options for a sales optimized website is also very nice.

- Very user-friendly, intuitive, tidy, and well-integrated. Instead of creating a new webpage, the menu is placed immediately on your existing website. Pick-up and delivery services operate together effortlessly. In comparison to other possibilities, this is a very low-cost option. There are numerous features accessible.
- Cons
- Pre-orders might occasionally be lost and forgotten since they are not sorted, so the ordering receiving program on the tablet needs to be updated (you can find a workaround by looking at the reports). There is no estimated delivery time for urgent orders. The features of the inventory are restricted, if not non-existent. Not a deal-breaker, but I believe the checkout process might be sped up if customer profiles were created.
