Merchant e-Solutions vs. Paysafe

They are a great solution for any company using NetSuite's ERP platform as it is a direct integration into the software platform. They are able to accept all major credit card providers and their rates seem to be in line with the industry. As a small business, we do not have an account rep which does leave us feeling unimportant.

We used Paysafe before as for our travel digital wallet, and it also good in paying online and with vouchers. Also, i used this for some subscriptions.

It still goods and i know that all platforms are have more space to get more improve by getting this review and suggestions

Perhaps they treat larger clients better, but we do not have an account rep and the only time we interact is when we have a problem or reach out to them.

it's better than Stripe, since Stripe is having lots of chargebacks
