Likelihood to Recommend	Microsoft It is best suited if you want to automate your work and get the things done suing agents, In case you don't want to go further with agents then you should be on copilot only and not the copilot studio. Usability	Microsoft I would give 9 as it works well for us by utilizing the agentic part we are able to utilize the capabilities of copilot studio, If the billing structure and hallucinations can be corrected I would have given 10 as well.
