We have explored using Microsoft Copilot Studio within our business to create chatbot agents which help with a variety of tasks. Most notably to create a general use knowledge bot for our entirely operational workforce. The goal of this bot is to improve discovery of knowledge, and improve the user experience by condensing complexity into plain language.
