Mind Workplace vs. Oorwin

Well Suited - Time Management, Leave Management, Performance Management Less Appropriate IOS, and Andriod apps are not present

Oorwin is very automated ATS system and once jobs will be posted over vms portal it will add directly here in the Oorwin.Sometime parsing will not work correctly that’s the major issue I have ever.also need to interstate the beeline vms also in the Oorwin currently it was not supporting Dotstaff and Beeline in Oorwin so we need to add the requirement manually

• Pop-Up notification is very frequent.

• It will normally work smooth in very higher speed so sometime whenever we have poor connection it’s hard to fetch candidate.

Mind Workplace has been a tremendous benefit for our Employee Management, making the process much smoother. Mind Workplace is a highly recommended software for all businesses.

I had used Ceipal and JobDiva before and I found the Oorwin much interactive than the other .Its very easy to learn and train to the new hires .We can send the timesheet and invoice through the Oorwin. JobDiva is also more costly than the Oorwin and Ui is also not much interactive in JobDiva.

• Positive - Employee Retention percentage has increased due to better Employee management through MWP
• Negative - The UI could have been better

• It’s very less time consuming for end to end recruitment process and saves lots of time of recruiter.
• It’s not so costly
• We will get very less response through mass emailing to candidates
• Most of the time email sent through Oorwin went in spam so less response
