Mind Workplace vs. Workzoom

Well Suited - Time Management, Leave Management, Performance Management Less Appropriate IOS, and Andriod apps are not present

Workzoom by Nortek Solutions is really helpful in HR, recrutiment and payroll.Our payroll is being managed by an external third party. Payroll, benefits, compliance, performance, and recruitment for the organization are all managed in one place which really makes it worth it. it helped during COVID by providing a paperless response.

• Implementation process is good. Their focus is to create value to our organization.
• Simpleness of usage and team assistance. avoid charging for everything on basics.
• A fairly priced HR system is available with a fantastic technical and sales team.

• Pop-Up notification is very frequent.

• There is not much to be unhappy about. They construct for us whatever capability that is lacking - they are amazing!
• There are numerous choices. After using the system for a while, you become accustomed to it.
• The Workzoom implementation team is available to assist at all times.

Mind Workplace has been a tremendous benefit for our Employee Management, making the process much smoother. It is very user-friendly and innovative with regularly new features and improvements to prove a great user experience. I definitely enjoy employee time management and leave management. Mind Workplace is a highly recommended software for all businesses.

The needs of the company are better met by Workzoom than by BambooHR. Workzoom is the best choice when considering the level of continuous product support. path of Workzoom over BambooHR in terms of feature upgrades and roadmaps.

• Positive - Employee Retention percentage has increased due to better Employee management through MWP
• Negative - The UI could have been better

• Workzoom by Nortek Solutions is totally worth it.
• it is amazing and it will give you ROI with satisfaction.
• our quarterly performance reviews, which were previously manual processes for us, have been streamlined and automated.
