It saves time and cost so if you have requirements of low cost and needed fast execution then this is an option to keep in mind. It is easy to access with the team so its user is friendly too.

• Now takes Visio process flow diagrams and converts them into Navvia for process document production.
• Allows you to build your own profiles (essentially a custom template) for documentation.
• Has good reference / trainingmaterial for ITIL, CoBit etc..

• Maintaining a system is hard after implementation so it should be easy.
• Documentation looks a bit complex which should be easy to understand.

• I don't particularly like the Navvia RACI being a RA(S)CI. Not a big issue however.

Seems very easy to use. Basically if you are OK with Process flow diagramming then "the rest" is easy.
