Overall Satisfaction with Navvia
I use Navvia as part of my IT Service Management toolkit. It is extensively used for producing process documents based on ITIL guidelines and utilizing Visio Process Flow diagrams. I have also used it for education purposes(ITIL).
I have also used one of the ServiceNow accelerators for one process.
In addition I have set up around fifteen additional SITA staff as users and taken them through a short session on how to use it.

Pros
- Now takes Visio process flow diagrams and converts them into Navvia for process document production.
- Allows you to build your own profiles (essentially a custom template) for documentation.
- Has good reference / trainingmaterial for ITIL, CoBit etc..
Cons
- I don't particularly like the Navvia RACI being a RA(S)CI. Not a big issue however.
- Ensures that Process Production is more efficient.
- Allows faster collaboration via Navvia and Company email.
