Mosaic vs. Runrun.it

I think mosaic is well suited for businesses who want to have a separate analytics tool. It helps with financial data and is able to pull from other tools you use to gather this information. I would not recommend it if you've already got a well created crm or other software

Apropriado para gestão de tempo, organização de demandas e planejamentos, tanto de forma micro quanto de alta gestão. Inapropriado para trabalhos colaborativos na área de geração de ticket. Falta um canal de comunicação mais fluído e com mais ferramentas de suporte. Provavelmente uma interface com o hangout ou chats do e-mail cadastrado facilitassem essa comunicação. Suitable for time management, organization of demands, and planning, both on a micro level and high management. Inappropriate for collaborative work in the area of ticket generation. There is a lack of a more fluid communication channel and more support tools. Probably an interface with Hangouts or email chats would facilitate this communication.

• Painel do tempo da atividade poderia ser melhorado para retirar as horas excedentes. The activity time panel could be improved to remove the excess hours.

It's easy and practical, doesn't need too much time to learn how to use it.

Mosaic is much more robust and in depth than hubspot analytics or other tools I've used. They are only an analytics tool, so they don't have any CRM features, but their analytics are far better than those of any CRM tool. They were the cheapest version of what we needed and got overall decent value
