Overall Satisfaction with Mosaic
We use mosaic as a reporting tool for our customer success team, and our financial goals overall. Mosaic helps us gather accurate data without having to do the typical manual work to get it. Mosaic also helps us have a separate party from our 2 CRMs to be the true analytics source.

Mosaic is much more robust and in depth than hubspot analytics or other tools I've used. They are only an analytics tool, so they don't have any CRM features, but their analytics are far better than those of any CRM tool. They were the cheapest version of what we needed and got overall decent value
